Offered throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as weekday evenings
All Paca Parties include a 30-minute Setup and 30-minute Breakdown Window at no additional charge.
Birthday parties can be booked up to 12 months in advance

An appropriate number of minimalist, low ""Boho”-style tables based on your final guest count for children.
Additional surfaces (i.e. Cake Table, Gift Table, Beverage Cart, etc.) and ice-filled rolling coolers are available for an additional fee.

A special take-home surprise for the Birthday Child!
All packages include the ability to bring your own food, beverages, and cake/party treats. There is no additional fee for you to bring your own items.
Please note: Primary seating is designed for child guests. Adults are welcome to bring their own picnic blankets or folding chairs to relax and enjoy the celebration. Additional fluffy pillow blankets are available to rent for $15 each if you'd like to include them in your package.

To get started, email us at hello@thepacapicnic.com with your preferred date and estimated guest count. We'll check availability and guide you through the next steps.
Please note: Birthday parties are reserved by email only and are not booked through our standard online calendar. We often have party time slots available that aren’t listed there, so reaching out directly is the best way to lock in your date.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and your agreement is signed. We'll include everything you need in your confirmation email.
Important Details
Parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
Each party package includes a 30-minute set-up and a 30-minute breakdown window. Please let us know if you are working with outside vendors (i.e. a decor company doing a balloon or backdrop installation). We are happy to partner with these vendors to have earlier access.
Outside goodie bags are welcome.
Party hosts and guests are permitted to bring picnic snacks, beverages and birthday treats. Please note that there will be no refrigerator access at the farm.
Children must be chaperoned at all times. No “drop-offs” are allowed.
All party guests, including children and their parent/legal guardian, will be required to e-sign a waiver prior to your party date.

A bucket of alpaca food for each child to feed the alpacas

Ability to bring your own picnic food, beverages and birthday treat/cake
